1. Introduction

Welcome to Mastik ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Mastik mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Data We Collect and How We Use It

Mastik is designed to collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide a seamless gaming experience. We collect the following types of information:

• Anonymous Authentication IDs: When you open the App, we generate a unique, anonymous User ID using Firebase Authentication. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or real identity. It is solely used to save your high scores and game progress securely.
• Game Data: We store your in-game statistics, including high scores, experience points (XP), and daily streaks, using Firebase Realtime Database. This data is associated with your anonymous ID to populate the global leaderboard.
• Usage & Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect aggregate data on how users interact with our App (e.g., session length, crashes, and screen views). This data helps us improve the App's performance and is completely anonymous.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own privacy policies addressing how they handle such information. The third-party service providers used by our App are:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Authentication & Realtime Database

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your game progress and anonymous analytics data for as long as you use the App. Because your account is strictly anonymous, if you uninstall the App or clear your app data, your local anonymous ID is destroyed, and you will lose access to your leaderboard rank.

Requesting Data Deletion: As per Google Play policy, you have the right to request the deletion of your data. Because accounts are anonymous, the fastest way to delete your data is to use the "Reset Progress" button located in the Settings menu of the App, which will instantly erase your local data. If you wish for your anonymous cloud record to be wiped from our database, please contact us at supportwithdev@gmail.com.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
