Mastik - Account Deletion

We believe you should have complete control over your data. If you wish to delete your Mastik account, your global leaderboard ranking, and all associated cloud data, you have two options:

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the Mastik app on your device.
2. Tap the Settings gear icon.
3. Scroll down to Data Management and tap "DELETE ACCOUNT & CLOUD DATA".
4. Confirm the prompt. Your data will be instantly and permanently erased from our servers.

Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed and wish to have your data removed manually, please email us directly from the Google account you used to play. You must include your Player ID (which can be found at the very bottom of the Settings screen in the app):

Note: We will process your request and permanently delete all your game data and high scores within 7 days.
